Important Information for Using MS Office 365

There are no additional costs for using Microsoft/Office 365 in the cloud. You can open any Office app and sign in with your personal business Microsoft account, provided your Office subscription allows it.

Which Microsoft 365 subscriptions are allowed?

For optimal scaling and cost optimization, systems in a cloud environment like this one from One 50 are used by multiple users simultaneously.

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not allow all Office licenses to be used on so-called "shared computers."

You can use Office in the One 50 Cloud with the following subscriptions:

• Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise

• Microsoft 365 Business Premium
• Plans with desktop versions of Project or Visio: For example, Project Plan 3 or Visio Plan 2.

Unfortunately, the following subscriptions do not allow the use of Office in "shared computer" environments.

• Microsoft 365 Family
• Microsoft 365 Single
• Microsoft 365 Business Basic
• Microsoft 365 Business Standard
• Microsoft 365 Apps for Business

According to Microsoft, it is possible to purchase updates of the MS subscriptions for individual users.
